Ingredients:
Bellpeppers, red/yel./green 9 medProcedure: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Brush baking sheet with oil,set peppers next to each other and bake untill skin turns dark and gets blisters (about 50 minutes).Turn peppers a few times.
Cut garlic into small cubes or slices.
When peppers are done,let cool.Cut then in half,take out stems nd seeds and peel.Cut into 2 cm wide slices.
Sute garlic and rosemay in 50 ml (3 Ts) oilive oil add peppers.Simmer for a minute.Add rest of oil,vinegar,wermuth ans season.
Fill into prepared glasses and let marinate at least 24 h before using.
