Ingredients:
Broccoli 250 gr 1/2 lb.
Kohlrabi 250 gr 1/2 lb.
Bell pepper, red 1 small
Butter 20 gr 1 Ts
Gouda Cheese 30 gr 4 Ts
KNORR Vegetable
fix for 1 pkt

Procedure: Cut broccoli into small florettes. Peel kohlrabi quarter and cut into thin slices. Blanch quickly and refresh in cold water. Let drain well.
Cut bell pepper into small pieces, discard any seeds. In the meantime, prepare Knorr/Maggi Vegetable fix for Broccoli gratin according to the instructions on the packet. (You can of course make your own bechamel sauce)
Brush an ovenproof gratin dish with soft butter. Put all the vegetables in the dish, sprinkle the diced peppers on top. Cover with sauce, add grated cheese evenly on top. Bake in pre-heated oven at 200-220 °C (410-425°F) for 20 minutes or untill golden brown. Serve with rice or wild rice and a green salad.
Tip: To make your own bechamel takes about at least 30 minutes (bechamel should simmer at least for 15-20 minutes to get the floury taste out of the sauce). Use, especially if you are in a hurry, a convenience product and your own seasoning and additions to make an easier but still nutritious and wholesome meal for your family.
Time: 20 minutes preparation and 20 minutes baking.
Drink Tip: How about some Kvass?
