Representatives of 110 major food industry businesses from over 20 countries gathered recently in Moscow for the "Ingredients, spices and additives '99" exhibition. The exhibition drew such interest that an ordinary exhibition venue proved too small and the organizers opted instead for the Olimpiisky stadium. As well as showing off the latest trends and innovations in the restaurant business and bringing together food industry professionals, the exhibition was a chance for waiters, barmen and chefs to demonstrate their skills - serving tables, preparing

cocktails and gourmet dishes.

A number of well-known companies including IFF, Givaudan Rpure, Quest International, Dracogo and others treated guests to a wealth of tasty condiments and additives.
