Amsterdam Cafe opened in Gostiny Dvor on Dec. 26. The first floor houses a bar, a hookah room and a beauty salon, and the second floor is split between a chill-out area and a banquet room. The cuisine is basically European with a French accent, and there are lots of specialty dishes and drinks on offer with names beginning with "Amsterdam." Here's a tip: Amsterdam isn't just a new restaurant or club, but a nice place for a pre-party.
