
On May 30, the main restaurant of Moscow's five-star Metropol Hotel hosted a banquet highlighting the traditions of Parma's culinary art. The food was prepared by Italian chef Roberto Bassi from the pasta company Barilla, alongside his Russian colleagues: Metropol restaurant chefs Alexander Bogomolov and Irina Davydova, and assistant chef Alexander Mishakov. Barilla was one of the main banquet organizers. The banquet's guests included Italian Ambassador to Russia Gian Franco Facco Bonetti, and many other representatives of Russian and Italian business circles.
