LOS ANGELES – Legendary heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne has begged his wild-child daughter not to die before him, according to reports.

Kelly Osbourne collapsed and stopped breathing after partying in London, according to the Daily Star.

The 18-year-old was taken to a London hospital and treated for serious chest pains.

A friend of Osbourne's told the Star: "Ozzy is a walking example of what partying too hard can do.

"He is becoming increasingly concerned about Kelly. He is petrified her lifestyle will kill her. He didn't mince his words and told Kelly in straight Ozzy fashion he couldn't bear it if she died before him."

Doctors treating Kelly Osbourne say she is suffering from serious respiratory problems, according to Sky News.

Osbourne was in London last week when she recorded her appearance for last week's Top of the Pops before hitting the town until the early hours.

The fledgling singer, made famous by the popular MTV reality series about her family, is promoting her debut album, "Shut Up." (TRJ)
