I have never been on a diet in my life because I dont see any reason for it. Actually, I consider it right to eat good food, follow Lent and things like that. Absolutely; I always dream about it and always want to go on one. Sometimes, I feel awkward and fat. I believe it is better to discipline yourself and watch your weight when you are still young. The older you get, the harder it is to limit what you eat. I always try not to mix incompatible products. Now I eat meat only with green vegetables because it doesnt go with potatoes. I know perfectly well that sweets and chocolates are bad, but I cant resist them. Beer is also bad in large doses.

Look at me why would I need a diet? I never gave a thought to it and never was on one. Dieting is a personal choice, but I think it is mainly for the people who would like to improve their looks or their health. I eat what I want, and I am very happy. I dont gain weight from food.
