Pop singer and actress Olga Orlova and pop singer Andrei Gubin went all out to film the video for their duet "Ya vsegda s toboi" (Im Always with You), the daily Zhizn reports.
The filming was organized in the luxurious Gazprom-owned resort hotel Morozovka, which was rented out for the day. Gubin and Orlova appeared in magnificent white outfits designed by fashion designer Natalya Pilat. Gubin had also rented a white sable coat from one of Moscow fur salons, while Orlova showed up in her own white mink coat.
On top of all this luxury, two representatives of the animal world were featured in the video: the toucan Ricardo and two-month-old female tiger cub Shakira. The animals alone cost Orlova and Gubin $350 per hour.
There were no problems with the tiger, but the exotic bird turned out to be much more dangerous than previously assumed. It produced deafening shrieks throughout the filming session, and it somehow managed to defecate on Orlovas white dress and scratch her left hand.
Having seen what happened to Orlova, Gubin categorically refused to let the toucan sit on his lap, though it was called for in the script.
