
MOSCOW — Russian and Mexican presidents Vladimir Putin and Vicente Fox issued a joint statement following their talks in the Kremlin Tuesday. A number of documents were signed in the presence of the two leaders after the talks. Head of the Interstate Aviation Committee Tatiana Anodina and Mexican Ambassador to Russia Luciano Joublanc Montano signed an airworthiness agreement between the committee and the civil aviation's main department of the Mexican Ministry of Communications and Transport.
Russian Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko and Mexican Secretary of Energy Fernando Elizondo Barragan signed a protocol on bilateral energy cooperation.
Russian Health and Social Development Minister Mikhail Zurabov and Mexican Secretary of Health Julio Frenk Mora signed an agreement on health care cooperation.
Russian Justice Minister Yuri Chaika and Mexican Ambassador Luciano Joublanc Montano signed an agreement on mutual legislative assistance on criminal cases.
