An explosion ripped through the 17th floor of the Intourist Hotel in central Moscow on Monday, a few hundred meters from Red Square and the Kremlin, witnesses said. A Reuters correspondont on the scene said several windows had been blown out of the hotel, which is popular with foreign tourists and businessmen. There were 10 injuries reported, four of them serious. The cause of the blast is still not known.
